Unlike store tomatoes which are designed for longer shelve life and visual appeal. Our tomatoes are heirloom varieties raised for there superb taste. Because of this they may not look as good or last as long, however because of there great taste they wont last long in your house. Generally the pinks when soft should be eaten in a short time. When a tomato feels soft it is ready to eat. The brandywine black stays a mild green on the top. The German green tomato gets a little yellow.
